It is also used for the treatment of mantle cell lymphoma, a form of cancer that affects the lymph nodes. It is combined with the drugs rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, and prednisone in patients aged 18 years or older who have not received previous treatment and are not suitable for blood stem cell transplantation.
