Fomycit is indicated in the treatment of complicated urinary tract infections, infective endocarditis, bone and joint infections, community-acquired pneumonia, including mechanical ventilation pneumonia, complicated skin and soft tissue infections, bacterial meningitis, complicated intra-abdominal infections and bacteremia that occurs in association with or is suspected to be associated with any of the above infections.
