Iloprost, the active ingredient of Iloprost Eureco-Pharma, affects blood clotting (platelet aggregation). It also opens the small blood vessels, allowing better blood flow to the affected part of the body. Iloprost Eureco-Pharma is also used to treat a serious form of long-term obstructed blood flow to one of the limbs, in cases where another method of treatment (angioplasty, surgery) is no longer possible.
