Pankaine Glucose belongs to a group of medicines called local anaesthetics. It contains the active substance bupivacaine hydrochloride.

Pankaine Glucose is used for sedation (anaesthesia) of various body parts during operations, including urological procedures, hip surgery, and lower abdominal surgery (including caesarean section). It can be used in adults and children of all ages.
