Urapidil Kalceks is a medication used for the treatment of hypertensive emergencies. It contains the active ingredient Urapidil, which acts as an antihypertensive to lower blood pressure.

Urapidil works on both arteries and veins, relaxing the walls of blood vessels. It is particularly effective in cases of hypertensive emergencies, such as hypertensive crises, severe to extremely severe forms of hypertensive disease, and therapy-resistant hypertension. Urapidil is also used to achieve controlled reduction of blood pressure in patients with hypertension during and/or after surgery.
